Kurt T Stam commented on JUDDI-536:
-----------------------------------

Hi Subes,

I think the bug is in the fact that you can get a token for a publisher that is not in the
db. I have modified code on the jUDDI side to make sure the publisher exists when getting
a token, and I have changed code in scout to handle the exception coming back. With these
changes the exception becomes:

2012-01-03 14:12:17,897 [ |main ] INFO d.i.gemeinsam.beans.context.MergedContext.info
              - Bootstrap erledigt nach: PT49.078.077S

2012-01-03 14:12:32,320 [ |3-1:StartupHookMana] ERROR de.invesdwin.ERROR.process
                         - processing #00000001
de.invesdwin.gemeinsam.log.error.LoggedRuntimeException: #00000001 java.lang.IllegalStateException:

... 7 omitted, see following cause or error.log
Caused by - java.lang.IllegalStateException: No auth token returned
        at org.apache.ws.scout.registry.BusinessLifeCycleManagerV3Impl.executeOperation(BusinessLifeCycleManagerV3Impl.java:568)

This will get cleared up as soon as you first add the publisher for jUDDI.

> Though the functionality does not seem to be affected by this. Any idea where this comes
from and how to suppress this? The previous version of JUDDI did not cause this exception.
> I've also reported this issue on CXF, because I can't estimate which project in fact
causes this: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-3980
