   Eh no.

   The SHA1 of juddi/scout/1.2.8/scout-1.2.8-javadoc.jar.asc
   is, in fact, 1c9d8bc93c60c0204f2faf9d6adc4da767c91cb8

   The SHA1 is not f8bc21f1340c7d1546149e9e76536df9,
   as juddi/scout/1.2.8/scout-1.2.8-javadoc.jar.asc.sha1 claims.

   PLease point me to real checker-error, or fix the errors in
   dist/juddi/.
