Subject Re: SIGSEGV fault in Kafka broker
Date Tue, 16 Oct 2018 18:50:22 GMT
Hi,

I am using openjdk-jre 8.
https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/v3.6/community/x86/openjdk8-jre

I also noticed that this error occurs when Kafka tries to rebuild corrupt
indices.
The code flow looks like this :
ProduceraStateManager.readSnapshot() -> Crc32C.compute() -> SIGSEGV

Thanks,
Vishnu
