Ioannis Canellos resolved KARAF-318.

    Resolution: Fixed

Updated the JDBCEngineFactory to build the JDBCBackingEngine using the schema configuration
from JDBCLoginModule.
The schema configuration is in the form of select/insert/delete statements. They can be added
to the LoginModule as options and are passed to the BackingEngine via setters.

> Key: KARAF-318
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-318
> Project: Karaf
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Affects Versions: 2.2.0

> Fix For: 2.2.0
> Currently the JDBCBackingEngine uses hard coded statements in order to insert/update/delete
users and roles.
> It should be possible to configure all these statements on the JDBCLogingModule. Then
the JDBCBackingEngine should acquire these parameters from the JDBCLoginModule.
