Hi [~pdolezal],

Could you please try with KARAF 4.2.3, which has better JDK11 support.

FYI, I can't even reproduce it on Karaf 4.2.2, the feature commands are available for me.

Btw, my java version  is
openjdk version "11" 2018-09-25
OpenJDK Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11+28)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11+28, mixed mode)
