Looking at the code, it looks like there are actually two Level objects in the
JVM for each level.  E.g. Level.DEBUG and Priority.DEBUG.  I think that we
should change the Priority constants to point to the Level constants.

Also, if the default equals() isn't good enough then the default hashCode() will
not be good enough ;)
