           Summary: Strange logging behaviour
           Product: Log4j
           Version: 1.2
          Platform: Sun
        OS/Version: SunOS
            Status: NEW
          Severity: trivial
          Priority: P2
         Component: Appender
        AssignedTo: log4j-dev@logging.apache.org
        ReportedBy: naveen.bandhu@crealogix.com

In Production, application server crashdown and after restarting the server, log
written by log4j was strange. Same appender was writing logs written by a
particular class and not others. The only difference i found was:

Src code of class writting logs
   	if (log.isInfoEnabled()) {
    		log.info("Session created: "+ se.getSession().getId());
    	}

and classes not writing logs are not checking the log.isInfoEnabled() option.

Again after proper restart and redeployment the logs are written properly.

App Server: Weblogic 8.1.5
Log4j: 1.2.8.
OS : Solaris sparc 9

Thanks in advance for help
