Try:
[TIMESTAMP] [LEVEL] user:[PROP(USER)] LOGGER | MESSAGE

Or, if you don't want the user property defined (you probably still want the
logger, yes?)
[TIMESTAMP] [LEVEL] user:[*] LOGGER | MESSAGE
