Jetty allows you to set the algorithm name but if further customization is necessary you can
set the SSLContext (which Jetty will then ignore all of the set truststores/keystores/etc
as that is configured in the SSLCotnext). The SSLContext Builder (see SSLTestConfig) allows
you to set your own SecureRandom object - this will give you the hooks to provide your own
SecureRandomSpi implementation which is used to generate the random value (we can probably
just create a simple noop implementation).
