Timothy Potter updated SOLR-5956:
---------------------------------

    Description:
Ran into an issue where the getRawInstanceDir method on CoreDescriptor returns an invalid
directory on the server. Need to track down where this bad value comes from and fix it. I
suspect this has to do with me using symlinks
e.g.
I have server with solr.solr.home set to
/home/ec2-user/lucene-solr/solr/cloud87/solr, which in reality is:
/vol0/cloud87/solr as /home/ec2-user/lucene-solr/solr/cloud87 is a symlink to /vol0/cloud87
getRawInstanceDir was returning /vol0/cloud87/demo_shard1_replica1 which is missing the /solr
part of the directory path, should be:
/vol0/cloud87/solr/demo_shard1_replica1
