       Resolution: Implemented
    Fix Version/s:     (was: 4.9)
                       (was: 5.0)

This is already fixed and collection APIs now accept a fixed set of property params. See https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Collections+API#CollectionsAPI-api1
