Not quite sure what to do w/ the Documentation section on the Resources page.  Currently,
we link to the docs that ship with the latest release (http://lucene.apache.org/solr/4_10_1/index.html)
which is kind of clunky, albeit accurate.  I like what Fran did for organizing it, but it
will suffer from a versioning problem.  Personally, I'd prefer to just link the Ref Guide
and forget linking anything else.

For now, I'm just going to maintain what we have (link to latest release)
