Create a patch and upload it to this JIRA.
Alternatively open a GitHub pull request, mentioning SOLR-9010 in the PR, it will be linked
to this one.

Once the patch/PR is up, you will get feedback from other developers, perhaps a few iterations
until it is ready for inclusion.
