I think we may want to use a new JIRA issue if we want to make this plugable, but it kind
of does seem like we should make this more object oriented in design to start.

Is there a way to rework this so that we have a HadoopSSLConfiguration subclass that is used
rather than special casing SSLConfigurations for different providers?
