I don't get the logic for this. Doesn't {[waitForTargetToSync}} already wait for 120 seconds
? Adding another 7 seconds shouldn't help much no?

I'm guessing this will help but don't you think the bigger problem is why can't replicate
10k documents ( 2 fields ) in 120 seconds? Perhaps we can add some more logging to the test
case like when the bootstrapping starts etc .

Before we wait for the target cluster to catch up , we print the queue size from the source
cluster in the test case.

So this doesn't seem like a lot of documents to take 120 seconds to catch up?
