My problem is not that I don't manage to disable security. As I said, replacing security.json
with an empty JSON object does just that.

This Jira is about what happens when you delete the entire file. My thinking is that it should
also be a valid way to disable security and that Solr should handle it without exception,
perhaps logging "WARN: Security is now disabled"
