The autoscaling tests are have been failing intermittently for a while. If you can run those
tests independently and have them succeed I wouldn't worry about them.

"run those tests independently" in this case is just executing the "reproduce with" line,
just cut/paste. e.g.

 

ant test  -Dtestcase=ScheduledMaintenanceTriggerTest -Dtests.method=testInactiveShardCleanup
-Dtests.seed=1D3ADDF6AE377902 -Dtests.slow=true -Dtests.badapples=true -Dtests.locale=ha -Dtests.timezone=America/Nome
-Dtests.asserts=true -Dtests.file.encoding=US-ASCII
