Same here: After Upgrading from 8.1.1 to 8.2.0 I see this error in my logs.
 * I have a 2 node cluster with 5 small collections.
 * Each collection as a whole (no sharding) is simply replicated by the other node.
 * On node is leader for 3, the other node for 2 collections.

However, the error only shows up at the node that is leader for 3 collections.
