Subject Indexing a RDF document using lucene

I want to index a rdf document using lucene.RDF consists of a subject
,predicate ,object(as triples).suppose given a set of keywords defining a
search,we want to match the URIrefs containg those how can i
index the triples using the lucene.please provide some help how to hash each
URIres to token and index the docucument using lucene.For example

<?xml version="1.0"?><rdf:RDF
<rdf:Description rdf:about="">

subject predicate object

{, http://www.recshop.fake/siteinfo#author ,
"Jan" }

{ ,http://www.recshop.fake/siteinfo#homepage, ""}

in above rdf document the subject, predicate,object are given,in some cases
an object can also be an URIref. how can i index this document using can URIrefs indexed along string literals using
lucene.pleasegive some help on indexing and searching on RDF
