Yes Mark Miller,
I changed the Connector specification in attach-debugger dialog,
from SocketAttach TO socketListen.

Now i got the netbeans debugger-console output as,
Listening on 5005

But, nothing will be display after that, but the progress shows, 
attaching debugger....

What is the problem ????
