Subject Solr-Server is unavailable from time to time for my indexing process (LOG: MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager cleanup failed, possible memory leak)

Hi folks,
i use an older Solr 4.0 from trunk (NOT ALPHA/BETA) and index
50docs/sec. all the time.
>From time to time i get this ErrorMessage and my index process crashes:
