Sometimes this is leftover files in the checkout tree, occasionally it has to do with checksum
files, sometimes it’s gremlins. I have never had a problem if I try some combination of:

1> clone the repo into a new directory
2> clean the ivy cache
3> ant clean-jars jar-checksums

But usually I just do 1 and 2 as that combo is much faster than trying to figure it out…..
