Subject requesting support to solve an issue

Hi there,

We are trying to apply the following collection specific policy in solr
    "set-policy": {
        "generalpolicy": [
                "replica": "<2",
                "shard": "#EACH",
                "strict": "true"

And when we are trying to create a collection using  the following  CREATE api


The replica's are spreading across other keys rather than being confined to the key mentioned
in the policy

We have created the sysprop key during the node start-up by including  "-Dkey=typeahead" in
user data script
