Allow custom java rules
-----------------------

                 Key: MPMD-45
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MPMD-45
             Project: Maven 2.x Pmd Plugin
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 2.1
            Reporter: Aaron Digulla

It would be great if one could add a dependency to the project which contains custom Java
rulesets.

As a workaround, it would be great if I could add a JAR to the classpath of the maven PMD
plugin (somewhere in the config of the plugin). If the rulesets in the config worked, I could
then pull in the custom rule XML and it would find its classes.

As it is, I have to patch the maven classpath to inject my custom java rules.
