Allow commas in text arguments doctitle, windowtitle, header, footer, and bottom [PATCH ATTACHED]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MJAVADOC-93
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MJAVADOC-93
             Project: Maven 2.x Javadoc Plugin
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.1
         Environment: WinXp, Java5
            Reporter: Martin Zeltner
         Attachments: patch_maven-javadoc-plugin_dont-split-text-parameters-by-comma.patch

Allow commas in text arguments doctitle, windowtitle, header, footer, and bottom. By default
quiet every argument value for the javadoctool will be added comma-separated (each token one
cmd-line-arg) and the comma itself will be of course omitted. But in arguments doctitle, windowtitle,
header, footer, and bottom this should not be applied. The appended patch solves this issue.

Cheers,
Martin
