I am unable to reproduce this issue using mvn 2.2.1 & 3.0.1 on windows XP SP3, using any
recent version of surefire >2.4.1. Please feel free to re-open if more details are available.
I also have attached an isolated testcase to this issue if you want to try to reproduce it
locally. Please update test-case  if you want this reopened.
