Sorry, issue resolved.  It was a classpath issue.  The gf-client jar included the webservices-osgi
jar which had a SEIModel class that conflicted with SEIModel class in the jaxws-rt jar.  Seemingly
the order I used on the command wasn't exactly that that maven used.  Moving the gf-client
library up the chain solved the issue.
