Subject [jira] (SUREFIRE-920) -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true isn't honored
Date Fri, 02 Nov 2012 15:54:13 GMT

Hung Huynh commented on SUREFIRE-920:

More specifics: -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true isn't checked when a test fails by timing
out. If a test fails normally by exception then things work correctly.

> I have a multi module project and running the build in jenkins with -Dmaven.test.failure.ignore=true
> When one of the module has a failed test, the build fails right at that point instead
of ignoring the failure and moving on to run tests in the next module.
> I took a look at SurefirePlugin.handleSummary() method it's not checking for isTestFailureIgnore()
