Patch developed on Windows here. The proposed fix for MPIR-279 fixes this issue as well.

Links are fine now, though they lead into a 404 because this is not a standard/direct-descendant
layout. You need to set distribution management for the modules too. See MPIR-279/OG-Platform2,
this one does it right.
