An attached file should always be a classified file. If a developer chooses to upload the
same file multiple times, e.g. once as the (default) main artifact and once as a classified
artifact, that's all up to him. Only if files are uploaded multiple times to the same URL,
there's an issue. Otherwise I consider it as some kind of bad configuration of the pom.xml.

Before I'm going to close this issue, do you have more details when this is happening and
why you think that it is wrong?
