A very important thing I see in the log file is that you have Maven 3.2.1 on {{PATH}} variable
but set {{MAVEN_HOME}} on Maven 3.3.9..this can cause such issues. You should prevent using
{{MAVEN_HOME}} or {{M2_HOME}} only add the `bin` directory of the Maven installation to the
{{PATH}} and nothing else.
