- source in every component updated to link to sha1 (download.xml.vm)
- sha1 files added to dist content
- live html site updated to replace link to md5 with sha1
- md5 files removed from dist content
- dist-tool job updated to require sha1: https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/Maven/job/maven-box/job/maven-dist-tool/
