James,

The report looks good; go ahead and add it to the wiki.  You can take out
the bullet about asking infra for Jenkins access; I can give anyone a
Jenkins account if they need it, and then they'll be able to add jobs to
https://builds.apache.org/.  More information about the Jenkins service is
here: http://wiki.apache.org/general/Jenkins.
