    METRON-658:  Updated Grammar to Handle More Uses of in/not in Expressions

    This PR allows for the use of in/not in expressions in more places. For example, the following
expressions now work:
    ('grok' not in 'foobar') == true
    'grok' not in ('foobar' == true)
    'grok' not in 'foobar' == true
    It is important to note that github's diff of `Stellar.g4` isn't very nice. A vast majority
of the changes are just whitespace. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull METRON-658

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
