    I was running into port conflicts between this and the management UI.  Also, I had to
specify `--host` in order to bind to the right interface(s) so it came through my mapping
to my host machine (I was running this in full-dev).
    
    I don't think any additional params need to be added by default, it's just confusing if
there's, for instance, a port conflict and `ng` asks you to specify `--port` but when you
specify `--port` to the bash script it doesn't get passed to `ng`.
