    POV issue I think.  Stellar has the LANGUAGE ( grammar ), the default implementation,
and the 'host' execution mechanics.
    
    `:=` is part of the host execution mechanics.
    
    The issue may not be being the same as much as the necessity for `:=` as a host construct
at all if things are done inside stellar.
    
    Does that make sense?
