I managed to use it with the getResourceAsStream method by placing the bogus.cert file in the
same package as the BogusSSLContextFactory

finally.  I tried and tried to get the BogusSSLContextFactory class to work
as is, but could not.  I had to change it to a FileInputStream.  Glad to
finally get this working...
