IoAcceptorConfig is the parent java interface to SocketAcceptorConfig.
SocketAcceptorConfig is designed for Socket (TCP) based systems, where
IoAcceptorConfig is more generic and can be used by UDP based systems as
well.  See DatagramSessionConfig.
