I committed a fix which should solve your issue : basically it makes OrderedThreadPool enqueue
all events except SESSION_CREATED and prevents the deoredering of writes. I also observed
that this way as i expected the ExecutorFilter is only needed after the codec.

Please do a test and let us know if it also works for you.
