I would be very interested in debugging a scenario which exhibit this kind of behavior. So
far, the only code I have is taken from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRMINA-687
and https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIRMINA-675, both fixed.

Could you define a minimal sample, with a client and a server, to demonstrate the problem
?
