I'll give it a shot (I haven't delved into the code where the exceptions are caught so I'm
not sure what needs to be changed yet). It'll be some time next week before I can start on
it. Is your branch stable enough to use as a base?

handleClose in my SshFile implementation and performing the action if createOutputStream had
been called previously.  This seems a bit ugly though; it might be nicer if there was some
