I prefer an explicit {{getCipherBlockSize()}} method in order to facilitate the re-keying
mechanism described in [RFC 4253 - section 9|(https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4253#section-9]
and [RFC 4344 - section 3.2|https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4344#section-3.2]. In any case,
users code can use whatever {{getXXXSize()}} they see fit.
