Subject nifi.content.repository.archive.max.usage.percentage

All,

I want to make sure I understand the usage of the property
nifi.content.repository.archive.max.usage.percentage.  From the admin
guide[1]:

*If archiving is enabled (see nifi.content.repository.archive.enabled
below), then this property also must have a value to indicate the maximum
percentage of disk space that may be used for archiving. It is blank by
default.*

Does this mean that the specified percentage is used *exclusively* for
archiving, Or does it mean that the the size of the content repo (active +
archive) shouldn't exceed the specified percentage?  Or something else
entirely...  Thanks.
