Oops.  You're not yet permitted to change things in SVN.  Nor are any 
other comitters but me.  I'm supposed to be able to change this, but 
cannot yet seem to.  Apache is moving everything to a new facility this 
weekend, so probably this won't get fixed until early next week.  Sorry.
