The class works fine although i did add a commit in the reducer's close method. I propose
changing the name Solr404Deleter to something more generic, _solrclean_ or _solrpurge_ etc.
This is because we might also use this feature to delete documents for pages that are moved
but return a HTTP permanent redirect instead of a 404.
