Compensation Handler inside a sequential ForEach does not work correctly
------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ODE-698
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ODE-698
             Project: ODE
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: BPEL Runtime
    Affects Versions: 1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.3.5
Environment: War distribution in Tomcat 6.0.x.
            Reporter: Jon Coogan

If you have a compensation handler inside a sequential foreach, the handlers won't run reliably
in reverse order.

Duplication Instructions

1. See the attached BPEL example.
2. Deploy the example to Ode (.war distribution in Tomcat 6.0.x).
3. Use SoapUI to execute the BPEL process. The input doesn't matter.
4. The expected output is 5 4 3 2 1. Run the process several times. You'll get different
output each time.
