The cwiki pages exist in two versions, the "live" one and a static one that is automatically generated (and, possibly, handles the traffic better?). In the meantime I found it: the static version of https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OOOUSERS/AOO+4.0+Release+Notes is https://cwiki.apache.org/OOOUSERS/aoo-40-release-notes.html but the former actually looks nicer...
