That would be a "functional" mail address, that could be assigned to a
real person.
My idea was, that this address would be kept when the chair changes.
Only it would be assigned to the next chair.

But we could use an existing mail address and change that later if it is
easy to add a new owner (as Rob proposes).

You would be the "owner" atm. But only to define the administrators for
that account.

Not if I am "only" administrator (manager). There can even be more than one.
