There is no leftnav for that page.  So it is correct.   The "original"
one is actually from a different web site (openoffice.apache.org) that
had a site-wide menu on the left.  But with www.openoffice.org we
don't have a site-wide navigator on the left.  We only have it in some
directories like /product and /why where there are multiple pages.
