And yet another issue sticks right to the previously mentioned language 
selector fallback issue.

Don't remember the exact time, but after some changes around 2014 autumn 
in language selector, the 'Language' word disappeared from the front of 
language selector and changed to 'English', which is probably useless 
and does not shows the real title and destination of the language selector.

It works well for example with it, lt, hu, nl - because these ones are 
build by the new structure I guess and the word 'Language' is correctly 
localized by the translators - but where language selector falls back, 
it writes 'English' as title instead of 'Language' for every subsite.
